Appeal: Mill Corner Farm

Update: This appeal has been dismissed. The Planning Inspector found that the proposal would cause harm to the conservation area which would not be outweighed by public benefit. His reasoning was reinforced by findings of harm in relation to location, character and appearance of the proposal. The Parish Council objected to this proposal for permission in principle to build 7 dwellings on a site just off Jackson’s Lane. It was subsequently refused by North Herts District Council. The applicant submitted an appeal, which was heard by HM Planning Inspector.
